Refund Policy

At our store, we prioritize a seamless and secure shopping experience. Please read the policies below regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 will apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is sooner.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.

  • Customers must contact service@thisisformerch.us before sending any returns.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Proof of the issue, such as photos or video, may be required.

  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse are allowed, but return shipping costs are deducted.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Replacement items will be shipped free of charge if a package is lost or undelivered due to carrier error.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, any replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Pre-order items, custom products, lost or stolen packages, and unauthorized returns are non-refundable.

  • Returns may not be accepted due to force majeure events, customs delays, or carrier restrictions.

6. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

  • Please verify shipping information carefully to avoid additional charges or delivery issues.
